The facility has been operating for over 15 years and provides drive-up access plus free trailer use with rental. Reviewers often praise the staff. One customer said the team was helpful and friendly, and another mentioned Jeremy quickly moving them to a larger unit. What renters mention
“Easy to reserve and pay online - that was great! When I opened my storage unit first time, it was clean-no leftover debris on floor.” – Ann E., 3 years ago, on Google
“Staff very friendly and helpful (although our storage unit is off university, the main office is on N. 25th - this was our mistake). It seems all the units are garage style, they supply pallets so your items don't have to rest on floor.” – B D., 3 years ago, on Google
“I have used Five Star Storage a couple of times and I am always pleased with their service and their properties are always clean and well maintained. They also offer the most convenient locations and online billing/payment services.” – Abe I., 7 years ago, on Google
