About Five Star Storage
Five Star Storage runs its Bismarck rentals out of a main office south of Legacy High School, and the site handles more than household goods. Renters here store RVs, boats, cars and business items, and indoor and climate-controlled spaces are part of the mix. The company has been in the storage business for over 15 years. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Sara, the manager, gets named more than once, and one military family who has stored in plenty of places called this one quality. Others mention Dillon walking them through the process and answering emails fast. A parent from UMary said they would use Five Star again. Cleanliness and security come up in reviews too, and one person noted they closed out their contract without making a single call. Online rentals and payments are available if you would rather handle it that way. Call or email the office to rent or reserve a space.
