About EZ Storage
EZ Storage on the west side of Los Angeles is a self-storage facility that also handles RV and boat storage. It's an older building, but reviewers note it's clean, and the elevators are large and recently renovated. Reviewers consistently mention the staff by name, especially Raquetta, Blanca, and Steve. They describe them as kind, patient, and good at explaining the process. One reviewer said Raquetta made a same-day rental happen without a hitch. Another appreciated Steve's calm manner when they were unsure about what size unit they needed. People also mention the pricing. One long-time renter called it the most reasonable price they'd found after renting six units over ten years, and noted a modest rent increase compared to big-name places. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot. If you're weighing options, this one has a solid reputation for service.
