About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage in Zeeland handles outdoor parking on top of regular self-storage, and the Google rating sits at 4.8 from 358 reviews. That is a high mark for a storage lot, and it tracks with what people write about the staff. Reviewers bring up the desk team often, describing them as patient and willing to work through a last-minute trailer spot. Clean units come up repeatedly too. Access is available nearly around the clock, which helps if you need to get to your rig outside normal hours. It is not all praise. Several reviews mention rates going up, and one says a charge landed after a confirmed move-out. Others flag the gate sometimes failing to let you out, and winter plowing that left snow piled in front of garage doors. If price and snow clearing matter to you, read those reviews before you sign.
