About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location sits at 13246 N 113th Ave in Youngtown, near N 113th Ave and W Michigan Ave. It's a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage, so RVs have a place here alongside the usual household units. They offer small, medium, and large units, and the site lists drive-up access as an option. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name, and the names repeat: Bill, Eric, Scott, Annie. People describe them as friendly, quick to answer questions, and willing to walk you through unit sizes before you commit. One reviewer came in person just to ask about dimensions. Another mentioned Annie keeping them updated on their belongings and going over promotions. The clean facility and the easy rental process come up more than once. The place carries a 4.9 rating across 443 Google reviews. Gate access and security get mentioned in the feedback too. Hours are posted, though it isn't open around the clock. If you have a rig to park and want to talk it through with someone first, stopping by the office seems to be how people end up renting.
