About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Flanders Road in Westborough, with freeway access close by. Reviewers keep coming back to the same points: the place is clean, the lighting is good, and the staff know what they're doing. Several mention Joe and Jonathan by name for making move-in easy. There are loading docks and a wide drive aisle to work with, plus a covered loading bay. You'll find small, medium, and large units, climate control among the options, and a large elevator and flat bed dollys for moving day. Reviewers also note the flexible hours and the generally calm, comfortable feel of the building. A few things worth knowing. One reviewer saw a 40 percent rate increase after a few months and mentioned the security gate sitting open over a winter stretch. Another wished for fewer legal-document emails. Mostly, though, people call it a newer, well-managed facility and say the prices stack up well against nearby spots.
