About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at the end of Erwin Street in Van Nuys, a quiet semi-residential block. Costco is across the light at Sepulveda, and the Burbank Blvd exit off the 405 is a short drive. RV owners have used the open rooftop for rigs, including a 20 foot RV, and the property is large enough that you have options depending on what you need to park. The place is gated with security cameras, and reviewers mention the secure facility and the cameras often. Staff get consistent praise, especially Anthony and Rodrigo, for being friendly and quick. People say they were in and out in 10 to 20 minutes, and one noted a unit reserved online was ready on arrival. A couple of reviews mention construction noise. Covered and outdoor storage are both mentioned, and there are parking spaces plus drive-up access. Keep in mind the office does not run 24/7. Reviews note the property is clean and the access hours work for them.
