About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Route 37 W in Toms River, and RV parking is one of the storage options here. It is a gated facility with electronic gate access and a manager living on site. Outdoor parking spaces are available, and the listing notes other vehicles are allowed in drive-up units. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. People describe being greeted warmly, having questions answered, and getting clear explanations of the paperwork when they rent. One longtime customer, renting on and off for years, said the place is always clean and organized and never worried about belongings being compromised. Another wrote that the manager worked out a lower rate after increases. Several reviews call out a manager by name, Ace, for stepping in when a key was misplaced or a problem came up. The unit size comes up often too, so ask what fits your rig before you commit. Lock concerns and downsize questions come up in reviews as well, and staff seem to handle them directly.
