About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Forest Lake Dr in Texarkana, with an electronic gate and a wide drive aisle that makes getting a rig or trailer in and out less of a squeeze. Vehicles are allowed in the drive-up units, and electricity is available. Reviews point to the on-site manager, Melissa, more than once. People describe her as friendly and thorough, and one long-time tenant says she goes beyond what the job calls for. Others mention being greeted warmly and walked through the rental process step by step, including codes and unit numbers sent by text. The 4.6 rating across 67 reviews isn't unanimous. Some reviewers say reaching someone by phone can take a while and mention friction over things like dumpster charges. The clean units and helpful staff come up often enough that it's worth a call before you commit.
