About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Syracuse, New York, with small, medium and large units. It holds a 4.8 rating across 374 Google reviews, which is high for this kind of place. The reviews keep coming back to the staff. People name Paul and Rob for walking them through rentals, fixing payment mix-ups and explaining unit options without pressure. Reviewers also mention the new building, clean units and good lighting inside them, which one person noted is not true at every storage place. A few mention cameras and online rental. Not everything is perfect. One reviewer flagged potholes and uneven roads inside the complex on the way to the units, so plan for a slow drive in if you are pulling a rig. Hours are posted.
