About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Cumming Highway in Sugar Hill is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage. It's wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly. Hours are posted, but it's not open 24/7. Reviewers repeatedly mention the staff. Cory and Mike get named for being patient and helpful through the rental process. People also call the facility clean and secure, and one reviewer appreciated the climate-controlled unit over six months. A few mention the mobile app and the well-lit property. Not every review is positive. One customer warned that their rate doubled after four months and said to read the fine print on rent increases.
