About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 20 Washington St in Stoughton, near Central St, and it draws renters from Canton, Avon, and Randolph too. The place rents small, medium, and large units, with climate control and drive-up access among the options. Vehicle storage is part of the mix, so RVs and boats have a spot here alongside household goods. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Matt and Renee come up by name again and again, described as friendly and quick to sort out problems. One reviewer had rented a unit that turned out too big and got moved to a smaller one without any stress. Another mentions Matt walking out in the rain to take photos of a unit. People also note the welcoming feel and the easy rental process. A 4.9 rating across 764 reviews is rare for storage. Not everything is praise: one long-term tenant liked the service but wanted clearer promotional pricing. Reserve online or stop by.
