About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Stone Mountain side runs a big self-storage building with small, medium and large units. Reviewers describe the hallways as clean and the units as easy to get to, which matters when you are backing a rig in. The staff comes up again and again in the reviews, and by name. People mention Jessica, Valencia, Brandon and Don for being patient, informative and quick to sort out contract questions. One reviewer worried about insects and said they never saw any. Another cancelled a reservation the same day and got a friendly refund on the spot. It sits at 4.9 stars across more than 1,500 Google reviews, and the things people write about most are polite staff and an easy rental process. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. Reserve online or call ahead before you drive over.
