About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Brumlow Ave in Southlake, north of Ira E Woods Ave. RV and boat owners use it for vehicle storage alongside regular self-storage, and indoor units are the type reviewers mention most. The lot is well lit and covered by cameras. Reviews point to the manager, Dani, over and over. People say she walks them through the options and shows multiple spaces before they pick one. Others describe the rental process as easy and the staff as honest and welcoming. The inside units get called clean and neat. Two things to know before you sign. One reviewer found dead cockroaches in the indoor hallways and said the hallway lights shut off after a few minutes, leaving it dark. Another liked the staff but flagged regular rate increases. Reviewers also mention a free lock and a gate code.
