About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space Storage sits on Loop 1604 W in San Antonio, and the reviews pile up fast: 4.9 stars across 584 of them. People keep coming back to the same word, clean. Reviewers mention the property is kept up and the climate control runs at comfortable temps. The staff gets named a lot too. Chelsea apparently walked one customer around to compare units before they picked one. Naomi, the office manager, comes up again and again for following up quickly and sorting out payment questions. One reviewer with several units called her the most dependable manager they've worked with. Small and large units are listed among the options, and the site is wheelchair accessible. Hours are posted, but it isn't a 24/7 spot. Reviewers also mention carts being available and an easy move-in.
