About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on De Zavala in San Antonio is a self-storage facility that also lists automobile and boat storage among its categories. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Hilda gets named a lot, and so does Will at the front office, for being knowledgeable and helpful during setup. The place reads clean in review after review, including the halls and the inside of the units. People describe it as safe and well maintained, with carts on hand for moving. One military customer who has moved around the country said nothing else compares. Booking online is an option, and reviewers mention getting a unit number and entry code that way. Someone needed a small unit fast before an overseas project and had one available for immediate use. Another long-term customer had light bulbs replaced in a large unit the same day. Climate control is mentioned. The facility is wheelchair accessible. Hours apply, so it is not open around the clock.
