About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on S Policy St in Salem handles more than just household overflow. The facility lists vehicle and boat storage among its options, plus drive-up access for easy loading. You'll find small, medium, and large units if you're moving, downsizing, or clearing out the garage. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Patricia gets named for being kind and nonjudgmental with someone who had fallen behind on payments, even though that person wasn't a local customer. Dennis draws praise for being friendly and helpful. Nick and Nicholas come up as knowledgeable and quick to answer questions. One long-time renter across multiple states called this their best experience yet, and said issues were handled promptly and professionally. Cleanliness shows up in the reviews too, and the facility has security cameras. The move-in process is described as online and easy. The location sits near Veterans Memorial Pkwy and S Broadway, and the company says neighbors from Atkinson and Windham use it as well. Hours are posted but the site isn't open around the clock.
