About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Roseville side runs as a self-storage facility and also lists automobile, boat and RV storage among its categories. The setup differs from location to location, and reviewers who came from out of state said it took a minute to get oriented before the staff sorted it out. People keep mentioning the same handful of names, Zach and Therese especially. They describe getting walked through the rental process, questions answered without feeling rushed, and a unit that was clean when they moved in. One reviewer found a welcome note waiting on a Sunday pickup they booked online. The property gets called well-kept and safe, with plenty of units on site. A few reviews mention rats, so it is worth asking about pest control when you go. The rest leans on polite staff, clear explanations at signing and rates a handful of people called reasonable. RV and boat owners who want a staffed office rather than a keypad-and-gate lot will find that here.
