About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Junction Street in Roseville carries a 4.9 rating across more than 1,300 Google reviews, and the reviews keep circling the same things: a clean property, good lighting, and a staff that answers questions. One reviewer said they always felt safe there. Another called the property spotless. Michael gets named a lot. Reviewers describe him as honest and quick to respond, sometimes within minutes, whether by call or text. Several people mention the rental process was quick and the paperwork simple. A few mention trailer storage and a range of unit sizes. The facility is wheelchair accessible and open to everyone. Not every review is glowing. One person found the company more expensive than competitors and had complaints about corporate, though they still had kind words for the local staff. Hours vary, so check before you drive over.
