About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Ringgold side runs a clean, monitored property with a security gate and good lighting in the lot. Reviewers keep coming back to how well maintained the place looks, and one noted it was easy to drive a rig in and out. Climate-controlled units are part of the mix, and renters say everything is easy to reach once you're through the gate. Small, medium, and large units are available. The online contract and app get mentioned as quick ways to get set up, with one person filling a unit within fifteen minutes of calling. Lori and Zack come up often in reviews. People describe them as friendly and patient, walking renters through their options before they sign. If a question comes up later, reviewers say the staff stays attentive.
