About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Powder Springs side runs as a self-storage facility, with small, medium and large units among the options. RV owners have used it to park rigs, though the listings here lean toward general storage rather than dedicated RV bays. The reviews land at 4.5 stars across 99 Google ratings, and the staff names come up often. Jada gets called out repeatedly for being friendly, quick on the phone and easy to work with from scheduling to pickup. Sandra got a mention for opening the gate for a tow. Cleanliness shows up as a theme too. Not every review is warm. One customer described a run-in with an employee named David as rude, with units padlocked after payment, and a second review echoed the complaint. Worth reading the full set before you commit.
