About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 3101 W Spring Creek Pkwy in Plano, near the Independence Pkwy intersection. It is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage, so there is a spot for the rig alongside the usual household units. Hours are posted, but the gate is not open 24 hours. Reviewers keep bringing up Jonathan, the manager on site. They describe him walking people to their units, handing over locks, and explaining the rental clearly. One renter said he called to confirm a web reservation and gave directions for finding the unit. The grounds and units come up as clean and well-kept in several reviews. The rental process and unit selection draw the most mentions overall. Not every review is warm. One long-term renter wrote about a steep rate increase over time, and another felt pushed to leave a review during signing. Worth reading through the 772 reviews yourself before committing to a long stay.
