About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a facility at 2924 N 83rd Ave, near 83rd Ave and Thomas St in Phoenix. It carries large, medium, and small units, with climate control and drive-up access among the options. Vehicle storage is offered too, so there is room for a rig alongside the household stuff. The reviews lean positive. With 558 of them and a 4.8 average, people keep mentioning the front office staff. One reviewer remembered an employee from six years back and said she remembered them too. Others describe the rental process as easy and the pricing as fair, and several call the property clean and secure. Trolley carts are on hand, and one reviewer noted a wide roll-up door with direct elevator access. A couple of practical notes from that same review: upstairs doors are standard width and don't stay open on their own, and parking over the storage area takes some care. The office has set hours rather than 24/7 access. The entrance and lot are wheelchair accessible.
