About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location sits in Philadelphia and pulls a 4.9 average across 872 Google reviews, which is a lot of people bothering to rate a storage facility. Reviewers mention trailers and moving trucks, so there's room to park a rig, though the listing doesn't spell out vehicle sizes. The reviews keep coming back to one person. Vivian at the front desk gets named over and over for walking people through the lease in plain language, switching them to a unit that fits better, and calling when a unit is left unlocked. Renters also describe the units as clean and say check-in went fast when they reserved online first. Small, medium, and large units are available, and the office has posted hours. The lot and entrance are wheelchair accessible. If you want specifics on what fits your RV, that's worth a call before you haul over.

“The communications we received from the staff coming from out of town was appreciated. The parking in Philly is confusing, so having the storage unit for my trailer made the moving process much less stressful.” – Anthony C., 3 months ago, on Google
“The process to rent the space was very quick since I had previously reserved the unit. Ms. Vivian was courteous and very professional. She explained the lease agreement in layman’s terms.” – Kia W., a year ago, on Google
“Updating my review, 5 stars. Vivian at the office here has been a life saver multiple times, from changing my initial unit selection to better suit my needs and alerting me if I left my unit unlocked or forgot items outside.” – hector r., Edited 2 months ago, on Google
