About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space Storage location in Philadelphia has built a 4.9 rating across 855 Google reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, and not just in passing. One reviewer called the manager Dwayne professional, helpful, and friendly, saying he explained everything clearly. Others mention Francesca by name for walking them through their options patiently. The rental process gets described as smooth and quick, with several people mentioning online rental and an easy transition. A reviewer who switched units a few times over family needs said it went off without a hitch. Another liked that carts sit by every entrance and that the app opens the facility whenever they need in. Small, medium, and large units are available, and the property has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Not every review glows. One tenant complained about how management spoke to them about organizing their belongings. Still, the friendly-staff theme runs through most of what people write.
