About Extra Space Storage
On Pine Forest Road, Extra Space Storage runs a clean, gated facility with outdoor parking spots for RVs. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, saying Joe and April are polite and quick to help. One person noted getting a unit right by the door. Another said the manager found a close spot for an elderly parent to shorten the walk. The grounds are lit, and customers regularly call the place safe. You can rent online or by phone, and multiple entrance and exit gates keep traffic moving. A few reviewers mention issues with 24/7 gate codes and a side keypad not working. The facility also offers climate-controlled units, drive-up access, and loading docks. It's wheelchair accessible, and staff accept deliveries. If you need a spot for your rig, call to check availability.
