About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on West Michigan Avenue in Pensacola, and it takes outdoor parking along with regular storage units. Drivers park rigs and vehicles on site, and the property is gated with electronic access. Reviewers bring up Mike by name more than anything else. People describe him as patient and punctual, and one visitor from Louisiana said he came out to hand over a replacement key after a lock had been changed. Others mention staff who walked them through unit sizes and showed them how the locks work. The lot comes up as safe and secure in a handful of comments. One reviewer warned that rent can climb a few months after the move-in rate, so read your paperwork before you sign. Others say they got a fair rate after talking it through with the office. Climate controlled units are available if you need them. Call ahead on hours before you haul a rig over.

What renters mention
“This place is nice safe. The place I keep my extra junk. The only downfall is read the fine print. Your rent will go up in 4 months. To almost double the “move in rate” so you can move every 4 months or pay the extra.” – Chris B., a year ago, on Google
“I have two storage units on Michigan and I have one on Fairfield. The staff in both places are exceptional. Mike is the bomb!!! Does his job very well, is very punctual, and is on time all the time.” – Corie R., 3 months ago, on Google
“Mike was great. I traveled in from Louisiana to clean out my locker and I found the door had been replaced with a new lock. Unfortunately, I didn't have the new key and the office was closed.” – Amanda D., 11 months ago, on Google
