About Extra Space Storage
The Extra Space Storage on North Palafox keeps coming up in reviews for the same reason: the manager, Jason. People say he calls back, walks them through finding the right unit, and makes move-in easy. One reviewer called the service outstanding, and another said the staff was the best part of the experience. The place itself gets consistent marks for being clean and secure. Reviewers mention multiple gates and a wide drive aisle, and a few note it felt new. Pricing came in lower than one customer expected, and another mentioned a two-month free promotion. It's a self-storage facility, so you'll see small, medium, and large units listed. Deliveries are accepted, and the office has hours rather than 24/7 access. If you're parking a rig or storing gear on Palafox, this is one to put on your list.
