Extra Space Storage

About Extra Space Storage

Extra Space Storage sits on Old Harford Road in Parkville, and it takes more than just household goods. The categories list RV, boat, and car storage, and the types mentioned include covered, indoor, and outdoor. Units come in small, medium, and large. Security features named are cameras, lighting, and climate control, though note that non climate controlled units are also available. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: cleanliness and staff. One renter said the place is always clean and the gates run through an app. Another praised a staff member by name at the Old Harford Road location for going above and beyond, and others describe the team as professional and helpful. A few mention being able to reach someone without trouble. The move-in process gets called simple by people who signed up online and picked up their access code the same day. The most consistent gripe is price. One long-term renter gave four stars and said the rate jumped too much over nearly three years in the same unit. Others note the office staff can seem stretched thin at times. The facility is described as well lit with easy access and a layout that makes getting to your unit straightforward.
