About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on 96th St E in Palmetto, off Moccasin Wallow Road, with outdoor parking spaces for RVs along with standard self-storage units. The property is gated with electronic gate access, and climate controlled units are available on site. Freeway access is close, and staff accept deliveries. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. Candy gets named for being patient and walking people through the rental process, and other reviewers describe the team as friendly and professional. A good number of people also mention how clean the facility is, and one reviewer likes the app that opens the gates from the phone. The property shows up as a self-storage facility that also lists automobile and boat storage, so there is room for more than one kind of rig. One reviewer, though, reported a rodent problem in the building during a longer rental. Worth asking about pest control when you call.
