About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Palm Coast Parkway handles self storage along with car and boat storage. Reviewers bring up the crew here more than anything else. Jerome comes up by name for walking people through the app and gate setup, and Brennon and Andrew get credit for being patient and friendly during the rental process. Clean property is another thing people mention, and several say the move-in was quick and easy, including last-minute setups. Online booking gets a nod from a few reviewers, and packing supplies are on hand if you need them. Climate controlled units are available too. One reviewer had a door wedged shut by a fallen piece of wood and the manager and an employee got it open with good attitudes. Another liked having the option to upgrade or downgrade a unit as needs change. The place is wheelchair accessible.
