About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space Storage location on the self-storage side of Orlando earns its 4.9 stars from more than a thousand reviews, and the staff is what people keep bringing up. Reviewers describe employees who take time to figure out the right unit size, explain options, and stay patient even near closing time. One customer called the manager excellent and said he cares about customers. The facility comes up as clean and well-lit in reviews, with easy navigation and loaner carts mentioned by renters. Storage options run from small to large units, and you can reserve online, call, or stop by. The place is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking. Not every review is glowing. One long-term renter complained that a door near their unit stayed broken for almost a year, forcing them to haul items through a long hallway. Worth knowing before you pick a unit.
