About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on West Colonial Drive in Ocoee is a self-storage facility that also lists automobile, boat and record storage among its categories. Small, medium and large units are available. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Holly gets named for explaining unit sizes and types clearly, and Bill for showing units before office hours and answering questions. One reviewer called a team member the shining star of the place. Others mention signing up online and getting the gate code sorted on arrival. The building is wheelchair accessible. Not every review is glowing. One long-term renter reported rates climbing sharply over about 18 months and found evidence of rats in an exterior-access bay. That is worth knowing before you commit. For most people here, the draw is the people and a straightforward rental process.
