About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on W McNab Rd in North Lauderdale, with outdoor parking spaces and RV parking on a gated property. Access runs through an electronic gate, and the site is solar powered. Climate controlled and non climate controlled units are both available, and vehicles are allowed in the drive-up units. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Sean, Jelene, Chris and Gary all get named for being kind, patient and clear about how storage works. One person said they had to be walked through the terminology. Another praised a manager for working out a rate increase. The units get called clean and spacious. Not every review is glowing: a few mention prices climbing after move-in, and a couple report rat droppings. The overall rating sits at 4.9 across more than 1,200 Google reviews. The office has set hours rather than all-hours access, so plan a call ahead of time.
