About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Vanowen St in North Hollywood, and the reviews stack up: 4.9 stars across more than 1,700 of them. RV owners get covered and outdoor parking, plus vehicle-friendly drive-up units if you want the rig behind a door. The gate is electronic, with multiple entrance and exit points, and the site runs on solar. Wide drive aisles and covered drive aisles give you room to swing a longer vehicle around. There is no climate control on those units, which is normal for vehicle storage. Access hours are generous, though the place is not open around the clock. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Michael and Mikael come up by name for being patient and easy to work with, and one two-year customer says they let him look at units when he needs to downsize. Others call the facility safe and clean. If you want a spot with people who actually pick up the phone, this is worth a drive past.
