About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the New Orleans side runs a tight, clean facility. Reviewers repeatedly call it well maintained and note the gated entrance, which one person said added a layer of security for their belongings. Staff get named in reviews for being helpful and patient, and one customer mentioned being moved to a larger unit without extra deposit fees. The location is another common reason people pick it. The site is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot that is too. Reviewers mention climate controlled units and carts available for moving stuff. One person said the app made access easy. Another called it the easiest storage move they had, with the space ready when they arrived. Not every review is glowing: one customer had trouble with move-out instructions and said charges continued after they left. That is worth knowing before you sign. If you need a unit, you can reserve online or stop by. The team can help you pick a size.
