About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on [street] in New Bedford offers covered storage for RVs, boats, and vehicles, along with medium, small, and large units. The facility is wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly. With a 4.9-star rating from over 1,100 Google reviews, it's clearly a popular choice. Reviewers often mention the polite and friendly staff, with Tim and Valerie getting shout-outs for making the rental process easy. The app gets props too: you can open the gate right from your phone, and one person said the unit was clean and spacious when they arrived. A couple of reviews bring up mold and a denied insurance claim after storing household items, so it's worth asking about climate control and insurance if that matters to you. Overall, most people seem happy with the secure environment and helpful service.
