About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Whitty Dr in Myrtle Beach, and the lot handles outdoor parking along with regular self-storage units in small, medium, and large. There is drive-up access and a wide drive aisle, which matters if you are pulling a rig in and out. The property has multiple entrance and exit gates. Some units are climate controlled, and non climate controlled units are available too. Reviewers keep coming back to cleanliness, and they mention the staff by name more than once. People describe getting walked through their options without pressure, and several say the staff figured out the right unit size from a quick description. One reviewer called it an easy process more than once, and the accessible units get a mention as well. It is a self-storage facility rather than an RV-only lot, so expect a mixed crowd of renters. Hours are posted, so check them before you haul over. The 4.8 rating comes from 114 Google reviews.
