About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the self-storage side in Mooresville rents small, medium, and large units, and reviewers keep coming back to the same themes: helpful staff by name, clean grounds, and a secure site. The tall fence and gate come up more than once in reviews, and repeat customers mention this being their third stay with the company. Reviewers talk up the people as much as the property. One describes a manager walking them through every available unit and plan with patience, and another says the paperwork was ready when they arrived. A few mention competitive pricing, though one reviewer warns that web prices can differ from what you're paying, so it's worth checking the rate for your unit size before you sign. Online rental and account setup get some mention, and the facility is wheelchair accessible with an accessible parking lot. Auction buyers describe an easy pickup. Hours are posted, so call ahead if you need to stop by outside them.
