About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage in Monument is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage. The place has a 4.8-star rating across 525 Google reviews, and reviewers often mention the staff by name. Zoe, the manager, gets consistent praise for being friendly and walking people to their units. Units are described as clean and spacious, and access through the gate app makes coming and going simple. People storing vehicles for the summer have called the process fast and the space spotless. Locks are available on site, which a few reviewers appreciated. Not every review is glowing. Some mention dated buildings and high prices for what you get, and one person was surprised by a rate increase after signing up online. The team fields plenty of questions, so it's worth asking about fees and rate changes before you sign.
