About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Changebridge Rd in Montville, close to I-287. It's a self-storage facility, and outdoor parking is one of the options, so there's room for a rig alongside the standard units. The site is gated with electronic access and multiple entrance and exit gates. Reviewers bring up the rental process a lot. The sign-up goes quickly, and the desk staff, Walter in particular, gets named over and over for walking people through their options and showing them around. People also mention the place is clean and safe, and that finding your unit is easy. The app comes up too, since it makes getting around the facility simpler. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about a district manager's attitude and a price increase a few months in, so it's worth reading the full reviews yourself. Climate controlled and non-climate controlled units are both available, and the lot has wide drive aisles and drive-up access. It's wheelchair accessible, and there's a kiosk on site. Hours are posted, but the facility isn't open around the clock.
