About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Benning Ct in Merrimack handles self storage and vehicle parking, with indoor units and climate options mentioned. It is a newer facility near Benning Ct and Pioneer Way, and it draws renters from Windham, Salem, and nearby towns. The reviews lean positive, 4.8 stars across 196 of them, and a lot of people single out the staff. Bryan comes up by name more than once, walking renters around the property and talking them through unit choices. Others describe the rental process as easy and the place as very clean. Not everyone is happy. A couple of reviewers saw rates climb several times over a year or two. One mentioned moisture and water getting into a unit, and said half the units were hard to reach in rain or melting snow. Both are worth asking about before you sign. Hours are posted but the gate is not open around the clock.
