About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility at 7301 Winchester Rd, near the S Germantown Rd intersection. Vehicle storage is one of the options listed alongside standard unit sizes, from small to large. Snowbirds and summer boat owners in Richwood, Germantown and Autumn Ridge have this one on their side of town. The property earns a 4.9 across more than a thousand Google reviews, and a lot of that comes down to the people at the front desk. Reviewers single out Barbra, Ashley and Brenda by name for walking them through the rental in plain terms. One notes Ashley asked questions to avoid overcharging. Another was in and out in about 15 or 20 minutes. The property draws comments for being extra clean. Not everything is perfect. A few reviews mention a broken gate and a broken light in a unit, with a repairman called out on the spot. That's the kind of thing that happens at a busy lot. Worth a drive past before you commit.
