About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Mebane side runs a clean, secure facility, and the reviews say so again and again. The place has climate-controlled units and a range of small, medium and large sizes, plus a 4.9 rating across 794 Google reviews. That many people rarely agree on anything. Staff come up a lot. Tamara gets named over and over for being kind and patient and for walking people through the lease. Maurice got called the friendliest guy one reviewer had met in a long time. Several folks signed up online first, then came in and got shown around before moving anything in. Security draws comments too, including from someone who was there early mornings and at night and never felt uneasy. Reviewers mention spacious units, easy access, dollies on hand, and a welcoming front desk. Some mention a first month free and rates going up later with notice given. It's a self-storage facility that also lists auto and boat storage.
