About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Bolger Ct in McHenry, and the Google rating is 4.8 across 43 reviews. The facility is gated, and the site includes small, medium and large storage units, so there is room for more than just a rig. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One person named Dieter for great communication and for tracking down answers. Another mentioned Que helping with registration, and Ruth for questions about account fees. Several others describe the team as kind and quick to respond. People also note how easy the rental setup was and mention online booking. A few reviewers brought up fees and a discount they had heard about later than they expected, so ask about pricing when you reserve. Others call the location superb and the place new and clean. The office keeps set hours rather than staying open around the clock, so plan your visit accordingly.
