About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Highway 34 in Matawan, and the lot handles more than boxes. Outdoor parking is listed among the storage options, so there is room for an RV alongside the standard units. The site is gated with cameras and lighting, and the gates give you more than one way in and out. Reviewers keep circling back to the staff. Nicole and Andre come up by name, and people describe walk-throughs of the parking and security, quick sign-ups and follow-up calls after the paperwork is done. One reviewer said they drive past other options because this location was the cleanest and the front desk the friendliest. With 571 Google reviews and a 4.9 rating, the feedback is consistent. People mention the easy rental process and fair pricing, and a few note the freight lift and carts for moving boxes. The property is described as well maintained and easy to get around.
