About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Marietta side runs a self-storage facility that also handles car and boat storage. Reviewers bring up the gate access and describe the grounds as clean and well organized. It's lit, which matters if you're dropping a rig off after dark. What comes through in review after review is the staff. Sheneka, Rebecca, Chantelle and Mrs. Fleming get called out by name for being kind and patient and for dropping what they were doing to help. One customer said a manager found a unit that fit exactly. Another mentioned staff working with them to extend a rental by a few days during a move-out. The rental process gets described as quick and fast, and people mention help choosing a unit size. One long-term customer of three years did say the rates climbed over time, so ask about current pricing when you reserve. Small, medium and large units are listed. Parking is wheelchair accessible, and the office keeps hours rather than being open around the clock.

What renters mention
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my storage unit at Extra Space Storage for about three months, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire team was always professional, helpful, and available whenever I had questions or needed assistance.” – BK P., 4 months ago, on Google
“I only give this rating because of your current employee Sheneka. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and watched the rates go up and up and used to get no help years ago. I must say what I was paying was ridiculously expensive.” – Molly S., 7 months ago, on Google
“Top-notch experience from start to finish! The facility is clean, well-organized, and feels very secure, which gave me peace of mind right away. What really made the experience stand out was the customer service.” – Treana W., 6 months ago, on Google
