About Extra Space Storage
On Powder Springs Rd in Marietta, this Extra Space facility handles self storage, car storage and boat storage. It runs on a 4.9 rating across 409 Google reviews, and the staff come up again and again in them. One reviewer said the property felt clean and secure and that access was easy. Mao is the name that shows up most. People describe him as patient and quick, walking them through options and explaining the paperwork in plain terms. One person got a unit in under 10 minutes after an apartment fell through. Another came in for boxes, got help loading them, and left with tape thrown in. There is controlled access, and one reviewer did wish that area ran a little cooler.
