About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Main Street in Manteca handles self storage of all kinds, and the listings include covered storage along with small, medium, and large units. The site is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking. The rating sits at 4.9 from more than 1,400 Google reviews, and a lot of that feedback centers on Cindy Lou, the manager. Reviewers describe her as hardworking and attentive, say she walks the property and checks on tenants, and credit her with making sign-up easy. One person mentioned a first-month discount helped when money was tight. Not every review is positive. Some recent ones report rats in multiple buildings and say belongings were damaged, so ask about pest control before you commit. Others praise the clean units and the welcoming atmosphere.
