About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on N Michigan Rd in Madison handles more than household goods. The lot offers covered parking and outdoor spaces, so there's room for an RV, boat, or extra vehicle alongside regular units. Access runs through an electronic gate, and the drive aisles are wide enough to move a rig without white-knuckling it. Some units are climate controlled and some are not, and vehicles are allowed in the drive-up units. A kiosk is on site for rentals. With a 4.6 rating across 126 Google reviews, the staff gets most of the credit. Reviewers single out Yunita and Tyler by name for being quick to help and sorting out problems. Not every review is rosy: one person warned about the bill climbing after the first months and had trouble reaching anyone by phone. Others said calls looped through the same recording. Worth knowing before you sign.
